At Setton International good manufacturing practices are strictly enforced to ensure that all products are consistently of the topmost quality and safety. It starts with our employees who are trained to maintain the maximum level of education and professionalism. Our state of the art sanitation station cleans hands and feet when entering food production areas. We maintain certification via AIB International Consolidated Standards as well as Food Safety System Certification 22000, continuing a high standard for ourselves in food safety. We conduct regular environmental monitoring to verify the effectiveness of our sanitation and inspection programs.
Setton customers expect the highest quality product, and we go through great lengths to guarantee that. Every nut, dried fruit, and seed we receive for processing is inspected and sampled for quality to verify that the products we use exceed our required specifications for quality, food-safety, traceability and freshness. Each product we produce is monitored for packaging integrity, weight uniformity, food safety compliance and is passed through metal detection to detect any foreign contaminants. All products received from foreign suppliers go through a detailed verification process which analyzes the chain of custody in order to verify proper handling, storage, processing and distribution prior to arrive at our facility.
