Pine Nuts

One of the most expensive crops to grow, pine nuts take 25 years before bearing their first nuts. Full production doesn’t begin until 50 years later, only producing a substantial crop every two or three years. However, these small sized nuts are full of Vitamin A and lutein, which maintain sharp vision. Like most other nuts, pine nuts contain various nutrients which promote heart health.
